The booking payment confirmation page only works for some listings

The booking payment confirmation page only works for some listings. Other listings it promts “The payment can’t be made”. What could be causing this?

Hi,

Please check in more detail how the settings of these listings differ. Also, try to re-save the price for them, this will generate a hidden product.

The details are exactly the same. Now, none of the listings have a checkout page, and all prompt ‘the payment cant be made’ when proceed to payment.

I have two categories (For sale, For rent). Each of those categories have 3 sub categories (Pile, Swing and Berth. Can you explain how I should setup this so I can have one category for customer to book (For rent) and one to purchase (For sale).

It is still not working.

You just need to restrict the For rent category using this doc: How to restrict booking to specific listing categories - HivePress Help Center; then, only the purchase feature will be available in all other categories.
We’ve changed the settings on your site; please test the purchase or booking again without changing the settings.
