The claims button goes to sign in modal instead of claims box

Hello

Not sure if I’ve done something wrong, when I have tested the claims listing function it opens up with a sign in button and not a claims message box.

Can someone help?

If you are logging in as a new user, you must first register or log in to your account.

Ah yes, thank you. I’ve come to understand you cannot claim the listing without registering or logging in first.
But I see a slight problem when doing this. For any new user they would have to be guided to find their listing manually in order to claim it.

Is there another way they can be re-directed back to the listing without them going back to home and finding it manually?

Hi,

This is how it works by default.
Please refresh the permalink structure in Settings/Permalinks (choose any structure with %postname% if the default one is selected) and check if this issue persists.
