The Import extension is not activated

I have paid for the import extension, received the license key , entered that in the HivePress Store section - but can’t seem to use the extension.

when i look at Hivepress/Extensions off my WP dashboard, it asks for another payment!!!

I see. Please note that you need to install the extension using this document: How to install extensions - HivePress Help Center. After that, activate it, and your information will be updated and the Purchase button will be gray. You can download the extension from the purchase email. Also, please note that you should have sent the link to our email instead of posting it here, as this is a public forum, and anyone can access your site.
