Hi,
I’ve attempted to create a request multiple times, and it’s saved successfully. I can view the request in the admin dashboard. However, when I navigate to the requests page or click on my account to view the requests, I’m unable to see them. While the number of requests appears on the page, there’s no accompanying data.

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. Also, there may be caching on the part of the hosting provider, so I recommend checking its settings.
