Although im not a fan of using third party plugins since hivepress takes care of all their products.
I found an amazing third party plugin if anyone is looking to have live chat on their website between vendor and customers
The plugin is called Better messages They have a direct integration with hivepress so literally you don’t have to do anything apart of one click in the plugins settings, and deactivate hivepress messages.
And maybe create a page that is called messages.
