I set up the system for time slot booking instead of day booking, however when i try to do a booking it keeps saying cant load data or some such thing.
Please see the attached image, showing the time slot booking set up, and below that shows the error when i try to book.
Can someone help?
Please make sure that you have the latest Bookings version (if you set the HivePress license key then updates will appear in Dashboard/Updates). There was a recent bug with time ranges starting at 12am but it’s fixed now. If you set the Booking From, Booking To and Slot Duration details, a list of time slots should be generated.
Ok, i upgraded to the latest version and that solved the problem thanks!
