Hi, I’m using expert hive with the bookings extension. I have enabled time slot bookings as well as day slots in the settings.
It usually works when testing so when I book a persons services il click on date and then click on time. However quite often it doesn’t let me click on the time. It just says results can not be loaded.
Why does it work sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t?

Please edit your listing and make sure that the Booking From, Booking To, and Slot Duration fields are not empty; these three details are required to generate a list of time slots for each date.

Hello i am using rentalhive and trying to test out the booking flow but every time i try to select a time slot it gives me the error message " the results could not be loaded", despite having the timeslots configured and set up on the listings page as its opening hours

This does not help.
And that was set before as well. We had timeslots enabled as per the “Guide” How to enable time-based bookings - HivePress Help Center but it still comes up as “No time slots”

Thank you for the link. Please note that you have enabled the Manage availability per vendor feature, so you need to navigate to Account > Settings on the frontend and fill in the Booking From and Booking To fields, then re-save the listing, then the slots should be displayed.
