Transfer a free pack to a paid pack manually

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to transfer the free pack from an account to a paid pack manually from the back-end?

The easiest way would be to create a new order manually via the WordPress dashboard and mark it as Completed, this will trigger the package purchase and add it to the customer account.
