I am using RentalHive. I transferred some listings to a different host by using the backend. However, the payouts through Stripe are still going to the old host. How do I update the listing to reflect the proper host payout?
Migrating the website is not related to a specific theme or plugin, I recommend following a tutorial like this one The Best Way to Migrate a WordPress Site or using a plugin like Duplicator, it seems that there are URLs or other website-specific details that were not changed when moving listings or the database. You can also try using a plugin like WP All Import instead of the default importer if you mean moving listings and not the whole website.
P.S. Please consider to purchase another theme license to renew the premium support, the current purchase was made 2 years ago and the support included with it has expired.
I think you missed my problem. I am NOT trying to migrate the website. I want to migrate some LISTINGS to a new HOST account. In other words, I changed the host of a listing, but Stripe is still connected to the old host’s bank account. I appreciate your help.
I understand the issue but it’s related to the website maintenance, not the plugin features - we have no built-in import features. If you used a third-party plugin to export and import listings, please check the plugin settings and docs. The payment gateways are related to WooCommerce plugin, you can also check the Stripe setup in WooCommerce/Settings/Payments.
I did not use a third party at all. I didn’t import the listing. It was a listing on RentalHive that I simply want to set a different host for.
If you switch the host for the existing listing by choosing another host in the drop-down and saving changes in WordPress/Listings, then payouts should be directed to a newly selected host, but only for new bookings, the existing bookings already saved the host ID for payouts (these are saved per WooCommerce order). Please try testing this via a new booking for this listing.
The initial payments on checkout are still sent to the global payment methods (which belong to the site owner), these can be set up or adjusted in WooCommerce/Settings/Payments.
