Translate change details string

Hello, I recently noticed the text ‘Change Details’ which I cannot translate into Russian, I tried it through the Loco Translate plugin but unfortunately I could not find this word there, I tried searching in plugins such as:

1. Hivepress Paid Listings
2. Hivepress
3. Woocommerce
   How can I translate this text?
