Can you please help me, I need to translate the email “New reply to review” but still not finding it in loco translate.

You can find these strings in Loco Translate > Plugins > HivePress Reviews. If you still don’t see these strings, I recommend following the synchronization step described in this document: How to change any static text - HivePress Help Center
