Unable to complete or Dispute Order

Hi, I have 3 issues am struggling with:

  1. How do I customize order number so it is replaced with product name? Pease see attached image for clarification.
  2. Deliver and refund buttons are no longer working for sellers
  3. When sellers receive new orders, they are unable to communicate about their order under the “Order” section. Instead they have to go back to “Message” for all communications. This can be confusing especially when completing multiple orders.
    Do you have any suggestions on fixing these issues?

  1. Unfortunately, there’s no such feature, it would require a custom implementation.

  2. Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
