Updating hivepress plugins with custom changes

Hi guys, just hoping for some advice really,

i’m using a lot of hivepress plugins, a few of them i have customised some files inside the plugin folder, at the moment when i update the plugins i am inserting the certain files that i have customized.

is there a better way to do this? anyway i don’t have to manually overwrite the customised plugin files?
