Upload buttons don't work when you create a listing

Hi,

I’m not sure if this bug is caused by Hivepress, but I’ll explain it.

The file upload buttons do not work in the submit-listing url. I can’t upload images in the gallery nor PDF files in a new attribute that I created that only allows to upload PDF files.

You can’t upload anything in your listing profile when you edit your listings.

This only happens inside the website, there is no problem to add them internally in Wordpress as the upload “loader” appears correctly.

Just if I press “Seleccionar archivos” (Select files) it doesn’t appear anything.

Steps I did:

  • Disable plugins.
  • Tried another web browsers.
  • Disabled all extensions in the web browsers.
  • Checked in console if there’s any error (no error appears).

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, ensure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

Hi and thank you for you answer.

I found that the issue is when I apply the template I’m using. It’s Betheme. I have it updated but when I activate it, the action of the buttons disappear as I explained. If I activate a template like Twenty-One (the default Wordpress one) they work perfectly.

Maybe there is a code conflict between HivePress and Betheme?

Most likely yes, there is a conflict with this third-party plugin, but please note that we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with third-party extensions, so some will require additional customization or integration.
