Use the Import Feature to Update Existing Listings Not Working

I ran a test to update a single listing via .csv and it worked perfectly. Now, however, I can’t get another one to update. I have a snippet in place to increase description max length so I know that isn’t the issue. Can I provide access to the admin panel of my site for this to be looked into?

Please provide us with more details:
Which import plugin are you using - HivePress Import extension or a third-party plugin?
What kind of error is displayed? (you may send us a screenshot)

Please also disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and try once more.
