User needs to choose more categories in the listing

Hi,
if a user adds his listing, he can only choose one category. But in the backend I can add multiple categories for this specific listing.
How can I change it so that the user himself can choose more categories?

Hi,

Unfortunately there’s no such option yet, because categories are used like distinct listing types (e.g. Room, Apartment, House for real estate, or Car, Motorcycle, Boat for vehicles). Categories are used by HivePress and some extensions so allowing multiple selection may cause issues, e.g. category-specific fields and search filters can be mixed within the same form. I recommend adding another custom Select attribute with Multiple option checked if multiple selection is required.
