Usernames are not shown on homepage - conflict with GutSlider plugin

I have received multiple user reports about login issues on our website.
Users sometimes cannot login successfully.

What happens?

Users can log in successfully, but their username is not showing on the homepage of the website. The username is visible on other pages of the website.

Solution

Plugin conflict with GutSlider - All in One Block Slider

Yes, I know… I posted it on the forum to let other users know there might be conflicts with this plugin.
