I’m having an issue with vendors not being able to save their profile image. Is this a known issue? Or maybe I’m doing something wrong.

Hi,
We checked this issue from our side, and it seems okay. Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, ensure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. If this issue exists, please provide more details (e.g., your actions step by step with screenshots, etc.). This will help us to reproduce and resolve the issue faster.
@andrii here is a video.
As you can see from the video I am unable to add it via the frontend, and something to note, I had apparently tried it 10 times because on my 11th time I received an error that I am only allowed to upload 10 images (not sure where that limitation is from either).
Also notice all 3rd party plugins and code snippets are disabled/removed.
Also notice I used your guide to create a child theme of HivePress.

Hi,
Please send temporary WP access to support@hivepress.io with details for reproducing this issue, and we’ll check it (please send only the link, without login and password). You can create a temporary access link using this plugin Temporary Login Without Password – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org.
Thanks @andrii details have been emailed.

Hi,
We have checked this issue, and it seems to be caused by the modification you have seen, as we can see that the files of the theme and some extensions have been changed. Also, everything works locally as in the demo version, you can test it yourself Sign In – ExpertHive
The only solution is to revert all the changes you made to your theme files.
@andrii i believe you are wrong.
If you watch my video that I sent I had all 3rd party plugins disabled and all code snippets disabled and it didn’t work.
After creating the video I turned them all back on so I could continue designing.
If you want to test properly on my site you need to do the same.

Thanks for the details, I reproduced the issue but couldn’t find the reason yet. Please confirm that the theme files were not edited directly and we can try to re-install it (the child theme will not be removed). We can’t reproduce this issue locally and there are no other reports about it so there’s something specific to your website settings, files or hosting server.
Thanks @ihor they haven’t been modified, only the child theme functions.php and the child theme css in the theme customizer.
Please feel free to update them/reinstall.
Thank you,
James
Good morning @ihor just checking in on this.
