Vendor profiles are not displayed on the frontend

People are creating profile on my website but it’s not showing in front hand it’s showing in profile in backhand

Maybe they are moderated, and you need to approve them ?

Hi,

Your screenshot shows all users with the Contributor role, so they are vendors. In this case, you may have two options as to why these profiles are not displayed on the frontend:

  1. You have enabled the Manually approve new listings feature in HivePress > Settings > Listings, which means that if a vendor adds their first listing by clicking the Add Listing button, it will not be displayed on the frontend until you manually approve this listing from the backend.

  2. You have disabled the Display vendors on the front-end feature in HivePress > Settings > Vendors.
