Users who have registered as members from the TOP page will not be displayed at number 1 as shown in the image, but will be displayed at number 2. Why is this?
Hivepress settings allow direct vendor registration.
Please make sure that these users were registered via the /register-vendor URL, then the linked vendor profiles should be created. Otherwise they’d have to add a listing and get it approved, then the vendor profile is created automatically.
