Both the search and filter are not working on my vendor page. Search results with “nothing found” and the filter goes to a critical error page and prompts me to ‘learn more about troubleshooting on wordpress”

To help us troubleshoot this, could you please provide some additional information? Do you have any custom templates or other customizations? Have you tried resaving your permalinks? (Go to Settings > Permalinks and click “Save Changes”). Is this a new issue? If so, what were the latest changes made to the website before this started happening? What are the precise steps that cause the issue? (Which filter options do you select, what search terms do you use, etc.). Have you tried disabling third-party plugins temporarily to rule out any conflicts? If you have an attribute of a select type, how many options does it have?
Please provide as much detail as you can, the more information we have, the better we’ll be able to identify and resolve the issue.
- permalink saves was not effective
- new issue. the last changes were changing ‘select’ options to ‘checkboxes’ while keeping the same options.
- i have tried various filter options, and search terms to see if it works. The search and filter works fine on the request page, but this issue is on the vendor page. I am not sure if it is on the listings page as I have no listings currently input to test with.
- I have not tried disabling third party plugins, I will try that today
- There is now only 1 option that has select type in the filter, it has 8 options. I was not including that in my search and filter tests.
Could this have been because of changing the ‘select’ to ‘checkboxes’ without changing the options?
