Vendors can’t reply to reviews if reviews are restricted to buyers

Vendors can’t reply to reviews when Restrict reviews to buyers is active.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a listing website with the marketplace and review plugins
2. Order something
3. Create a review
4. Try to replay to the review as the vendor

Actual result

A message will popup - “only buyers can write reviews”

Expected result

The vendor should be able to leave a review
It seems like this, but is back in the latest update for marketplace

Vendors can't reply to reviews if reviews are restricted to buyers

If I’m a vendor, someone has written a review on my listing and I want to reply to them it says that only buyers can write reviews… Only if I enable all logged in users to post a review only then I can reply to it. Could you fix this please?

Unfortunately, we haven’t fixed this issue yet, but we plan to release a fix in the next update.
