Hi - how does this work? I’ve set it to allow vendors to sell subscriptions but can’t see clearly how the vendor would do this? I see a section labelled extras that has per booking or per day drop down. but that requires one of the main tiers to be selected on checkout. i’m using woocommerce subscriptions if that helps. If this checkbox [allow to sell subscriptions] is enabled, then when the vendor edits a listing, there will be a Billing Period dropdown. If they select a period there [for example, one month], the listing purchase will not be a one-time payment, it will become a subscription, renewed automatically until the customer cancels it.

This drop down doesn’t exist. Enabling this feature on two of my customers websites does absolutely nothing. There is no difference or change to the listing when edited either by admin or the front end by the vendor. Both sites use latest versions of woocommerce and the woocommerce subscriptions.

There are over 600 listings already live, the last 50 were created by vendors after the setting was enabled and none of them have the option. It would also not make sense for 550+ vendors to have to recreate their listings just to observe the new setting. It should just work as intended. The websites were previously running the free hivepress listing plugin. I upgraded them to Market place to automate the booking process somewhat (and for the extra features). Is there really no way around this?
Could you please clarify if there any category restrictions set in Listings > Selling or Bookings > Booking Categories. As by default if the Marketplace, Bookings, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions are activated, the billing period is displayed [please see the screencast].
According to your video - only subscription should be active? I should disable pricing tiers??
I tested on both sites - switching off other selling criteria and just having the subscriptions for vendors switched on - it does not show for existing listings nor for new listings. I think the issue is related to the fact that these sites were originally setup with the free listing hive plugin/theme and switched over to ExpertHive / Marketplace functionality. Can you provide guidance on next steps when you are able. Thanks and have a good weekend.
there are no category restrictions. I just set up a brand new website from scratch - imported demo content and same thing on this fresh site - subscriptions do not work or display anywhere even when enabled alone. I am using PHP 7.4 on this host due to being shared hosting and me hosting a few other sites that don’t work with php above 7.4… could this be the issue?
