After downloading the new theme update for Rental Hive, my site got formatted back to the original even though I had a child theme. I then reset the site via my backups, and now when I click on the categories on the main page, no subcategories or listings are shown. How can I fix this??
Please make sure that the theme files were not edited directly, if you keep all the customizations it a child theme folder (make sure that it has a different name than the parent “rentalhive” theme folder) or Code Snippets plugin, then updates will not reset customizations. Please refer to another topic you posted regarding the subcategories issue.
