What are the max upload size limits for images

I am using HivePress with the membership, but I am finding a few test customers are getting an issue with the max upload size timing out.

When they said 2-3Mb I could see why. what is a recommend format for image profile pictures?

Hi,

There are no restrictions on our part. We recommend disabling all third-party plugins and customizations and checking if it is possible to upload a file with a larger mb. If not, then I recommend contacting your hosting provider, as there may be restrictions on their side.
