What happens if a user want to cancel or re-schedule a service if they payment was proceed?

Hi @yehen & @ihor, I have a question. Could you explain how do we deal with situations where the user want to cancel or re-schedule a booking? What needs to be done in the backend to allow the cancellation and/or the re-schedule? How to give the money back?


In the current version customers can cancel their booking via the link on the booking page and the rest depends on the website & listing terms, e.g. if the booking is canceled after some date there may be no refund, or a partial refund, etc. Admins can then make a refund via WooCommerce, some payment services make a refund automatically once you mark the order as Refunded, some require a manual refund WooCommerce Refunds - WooCommerce
