what is the difference between post thumbnail and feature image?
the only image appears is the feature image but thumbnail I dont know where it appears

Feature images are designed for listings and post thumbnails for blog posts.

on blog posts it has the 2 options, I was expecting the thumbnail will appear on the list/grid of posts and the featured will appear on the single post header, but what is happening is that the thumbnail doesnt appear and the featured appears on the header and thumbnail,

Am I dont something wrong ? that doesnt show the thumbnail in the blog posts list/grid?
please advise
