Hello, I notice when an offer is accepted, the requests dissapears from front end. How can we make the requests continue to appear for a certain amount of time even after accepting offer:
- It makes the website look busy
-Customers can accept more than 1 offer for same request
Unfortunately, there’s no such feature, it would require a custom implementation. After the offer is accepted, the request becomes private, but we plan to add multiple offers to requests in the next updates.

Hello, On Personal requests/public requests, after a customer has sent the request they are directly directed to the requests page. There is no information that their request has been received or published and this just leaves the customer hanging/confused.
is there a way to notify the customer onsite eg
‘your request has been sent to the vendor,’ or ‘your request has been published.’
then direct them to the requests page?
