It seems like vendors and deliver the order but I can’t see "complete order from the buyer side. This is probably because I customized the website a little, but I would appreciate the guidance on where I can find the files to this feature. Thanks.
The order complete button is located in hivepress-marketplace/templates/order/view/page folder, it’s also set in the hivepress/v1/templates/order_footer_block template (in case if you added some snippets that affect this template).
