where can I locate a knowledge developer to assist with some heavy customization. Are there any certification process for the platform? Looking for someone that has launch a large scale successful project.

Unfortunately, we don’t know any developers who can help you, but some of our clients find them on Fiverr or Upwork. As for the certification process, unfortunately, our extension does not have such a feature.
