Hi,
I recommend checking your email settings, you may have disabled them. Alternatively, check if your email provider has an issue and if the emails were sent at all (you can see this in the email sending logs of your SMTP plugin). If the issue still exists, I recommend contacting WooCommerce support, as we provide support for HivePress products only.
