Hello, when I attempt to import csv data from WPALLIMPORT into ExpertHive, I am getting the following error - ERROR : Could not insert post into the database.
I’ve attempted adjusting import settings, ensuring the db permissions are correct, encoding correct, etc. but no success. I’m wondering if there are any known compatibility issues between Hivepress / ExpertHive and WPALLIMPORT and/or if anyone has advice to resolve the import issue.
Note, Im contacting WPALLIMPORT support as well to get their take on the issue.
I was personally able to import about everything (user/vendor/listings/request/reviews…) through WP ALL Import (in CSV format too).
I am using TaskHive as a theme, but I think it is no different. Yes, I have been struggling sometimes. But in the end, it worked out all right.
Eventually, I am not using it, it was just a test.
If you have a problem, you should explain how / when it happens, so that the support (to which I don’t belong) can possibly help you.
And start small, just by importing users, it’s the root of everything.
Please note that listing is a custom post type, and at the WordPress level, there are no mandatory fields except for the standard ones (for example, title). Therefore, there is most likely an issue with access from WP All Import, which their support should help you with.
