Create WooCommerce order for free booking

Hi,
How to generate a woocommerce completed order even if the listing is for free ?

Regards

Hi,

Please note that the product is automatically generated if you specify a price in the field, I recommend specifying a price of 0, and then it will be automatically generated.

Hi Andrii,
I specified a price of 0 but this is what is happening :
First : /make-booking/details/
Second : /make-booking/complete/
The order is not appearing on WooCommerce but it on the booking section of HivePress.

Hi,

Please note that an order is a separate entity, and if there was no redirect to the checkout page, but directly to the complete URL, then you most likely have the Bookings Request feature enabled (enabled for each listing in WP Dashboard > Listings > Edit listings > this feature will be displayed at the bottom of the page, and after the vendor approves it, the user must click the Pay Now button), or alternatively, you have the Marketplace extension disabled.

Hi,
The booking feature request is not enabled & the marketplace extension enabled.
For the paid listing, there is no problem there is a redirection to the payment page. But when it’s free, the booking appears, but not in woocommerce.

Samir

Hi,

Please note that you need to enter 0 in the price field and save the listing, then the WooCommerce product will be automatically generated. And after pressing the Book now button, you should automatically be redirected to the Add Details page, and then to the checkout page (if the Booking Request feature is enabled, then these actions are after the booking approval).

P.S. If you purchased a theme or extension, please enter the license key in the forum profile settings, this will enable the Premium Support badge and ensure a 24-hour turnaround time.

Hi Andrii,

It’s not working either with the request feature is enabled or not (automatic booking).
By the way, the button “accept booking” is not working when I set up with the request feature ?

Samir
