Deleted host’s listings still visible and unexplained negative balance

Hi HivePress team,

I completely deleted one of my test hosts. His profile is gone.

However:

1. His listings are still visible on the site, and they can still be booked — even though there is no host connected to them anymore.
2. I cannot assign a new host to these listings — there’s no way to link them to an active host.
3. My own vendor test profile now shows a –4€ balance ( and I experinced the same woth deleted profile , wher esaldo wasd -20 euro, without seeneg the calculation balance) , and as well on my profile I don’t see any booking or action that explains where this number comes from.
4. Is there any way to manually reset a user balance to 0, for example in the dashboard or via safe admin settings?

I want to clean everything before launching the site, but these issues make it hard to trust the payout system.

Can you please explain:

• How to remove or reassign listings that belonged to a deleted host?
• How to track and reset unexplained negative balances (like the –4€)?
• How to manually set a host’s balance to zero or another amount?

Hi,

As for listings, if you have deleted them in WP Dashboard > Listings, they should not be displayed on the frontend. Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
