Google Maps Integration does'nt work

The Listing title does not work properly.

I was updating the location of my listings, and found that the geolocation (integrated with google maps) plugin is not able to find the exact location/places even though the address is exactly copied from google maps. I tried to workaround the problem and choose to locate the places manually by copying the “Plus Code” from google maps. Now the plugin can locate and the pin the correct location. But then the problem arose. Now the listing title has gone to %listing% and i could not change it.

I have tried reverting back to the original address and still couldnt change the address, as soon as i hit update/save it reverts back to %listing%.

UPDATE : Now now i cant create new listing aswell , all the listing title is changing to %listing% when i update it

Yes, you are right. First of all, we can’t add the exact location in the HivePress Geolocation plugin. If we need the exact location of the vendor, we should use a Plus Code. It works perfectly for both Mapbox and Google Maps.

As per your screenshot, the listing title seems to have a glitch. Sometimes, these things happen in WordPress. It’s not due to the Geolocation plugin or adding a Plus Code. I’m sure about it because I also use Plus Codes for my website without any issues.

To resolve this:

• Try clearing the cache of your website from both the browser and the hosting.
• If the issue persists, uninstall the HivePress plugin and re-install it.
