Hivepress Marketplace not redirecting to checkout after accepting an offer

I’ve got Woo Commerce, Stripe, HivePress Marketplace, and HivePress Requests set up on my site using these instructions: Сreate a Freelance Services Marketplace like Upwork with WordPress

However, when I click on “accept offer” logged in as the request user, I only get directed to the homepage.

I’ve turned off all caches, regenerated all Woo Commerce pages, and regenerated permalinks as requested in this post: Invalid Redirection after clicking "Accept Offer" Button

Still the redirect is not going to the checkout.

This could be unrelated, but I keep getting a random error on the WP admin dashboard side that warns that I need to add integration keys in HivePress settings. I have added these keys like 1000 times and the error disappears for a bit and then returns.
