How to add multiple categories for listings

I have just added HivePress to a second site and sadly now discovered that it is no longer possible to add multiply categories to a listing. This has completely broken how our sites work.

I have tried pasting the code from the topic below through WPCode but nothing seems to change.

Is the workaround closed? Can someone offer more information? Or do I just need to find another plugin now that HivePress is broken?
