Your software and support is soo overcomplicated and convoluted. So difficult to get anything done, and nothing works properly.

I’m sorry if you had a bad experience. We tried our best to explain the functionality, but there was a misunderstanding of the software workflows. There are no confirmed bugs based on this topic, some issues were caused by third-party developers (e.g. downgrading the Marketplace version caused the payout features disappearance). In any case, we’ll try to improve the docs and simplify the workflows in future versions.
Yes, WordPress in general can be confusing since it’s basically a blogging platform but it’s perfect for small businesses and creating MVPs for testing startup ideas. I hope you’ll find a better solution for your project.

When I want to create a new listing, I can’t enter via the link. It automatically goes into my profile: https://www.campshare.no/submit-listing/profile.
When I go into settings on the button, it says that it should route to “submit-listing”, but when I try the link, it automatically adds “profile” at the end, even though that profile is not included in the link I enter. What could be the reason why this page is gone? I have tried with permalink, catche etc, but the submit listing is gone.
I found out what the problem was. Under Payouts, the payout system was set to stripe Connect. When have I changed it back to direct it works as it should. Why does it have to say “direct” under payouts system? And why does the submit listing change to profile view when you choose stripe connect? I’m completely new to Wordpress, so expect some “stupid” questions from me:/
