Job Categories now single select drop down

In Job Hive Job Categories used to be a multiple select field (for example I could choose "Administration AND Sales as categories).

Since you updated it is now a drop down single choice option.

Can you change it back - users need to be able to choose multiple categories at this stage of posting.
