Listing images not loading

Listing images not loading when i open a listing. I have to refresh the page for the image to appear. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi @kimo,

Aye you using caching plugins? If so, try disabling them temporarily, and see if the issue is fixed. If so, exclude listings pages from being cached.

i disabled all caching and the image still does not show up

In that case, please send temporary WordPress access to support@hivepress.io with details for reproducing this issue, and the HivePress staff will check it out for you.

(Note: Only send the link, without the username and password).

You can create a temporary access link using this plugin

I don’t think the staff work weekends, so it won’t be until Monday at the earliest that you’ll hear from them.

Hi @kimo,

In the meantime, you should also try temporarily deactivating any third-party plugins and removing any custom CSS you may have added. If the issue is fixed, you can try reactivating the plugins 1-by-1 to find which one is causing issues. Same idea with using the CSS in chunks to test things.

Thanks for the request. Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. Also, please check if there are any restrictions from your hosting provider, as it may be blocking image uploads.

i disabled all caching plugins and checked all the settings to make sure no cach is enabled, but the problem seems to still be there.

Thanks for the details. We checked this issue from our side, and it seems okay. As you can see in the screenshot, the photos are uploading correctly. Perhaps these were temporary issues on the part of your hosting provider.

The image doesn’t load when I open the app on a new device or in a different browser, so it’s clearly a caching issue. I’ll investigate further to pinpoint what’s causing it. :frowning:
