I’m currently experiencing a problem with the Message extension. When someone sends me a message from an ad, I get the notification in my personal space, but when I click on the message tab, I get absolutely nothing.

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. Also, make sure that this template is not overwritten with empty content in HivePress > Templates: How to customize templates - HivePress Help Center

Thanks a lot for the feedback! I found the problem, the message functionality doesn’t work with the WPML translation extension. Do you know if there is a known incompatibility between the two?

Unfortunately, there’s no 100% integration with WPML (multi-language) in this version.
