Multiple Directories on One Site

I have a simple website that I would like run multiple non-overlapping directories. Think kinda like house sale listing and apartment rentals.

I know I can use categories to filter, but is there any way to install more than one HivePress directory on a singe Wordpress instance.

If not do you have any suggestions. This is for a simpler site, so HivePress may already be over the top.

I think no, but if you make a subdomain( yourapartment.com ) and
( flashsale.yourapartment.com ) you can install a second wordpress+hivepress, and can connect your databases, or even use database share, because your registered users need to register only once. See example here: How to Share Logins and Users Between Multiple WordPress Sites
