Package limit exceeded

Hi, I have been testing adding a listing on my site, I have added one listing and then when I go to add another the package says my limit has exceeded. I have checked the settings and limits are set very high & I have tried, 100, 300 & 1000 listing limits and it is still showing the limit exceeded and wont let me purchase a package. Is this a woocommerce issue or a bug/setting from Hive?

Please make sure that you selected this package after the limit change because the limit is set for a user account at the moment of selecting/purchasing a package, then the limit is reduced based on usage.
