Paid Listing redirects to cart page instead of checkout form

Sorry for the delay. If the access is still active, it will be useful, we’ve published the Paid Listings roadmap and will fix this issue in the next update for sure. This may also be fixed earlier in HivePress core since we plan to block the cart page altogether as it may confuse customers when using our extensions (which are not integrated with the cart features).

Hi. I have the same problem with my website. Sometimes when the costumers press on the Proceed to payment button they comes to the Cart page instead of the Checkout page. How can I fix this?

I’ve not heard anything back I’m afraid.

Raised this in December and last contact was a month ago.

It might be mentioned in their roadmap but not sure.

Hopefully @ihor can help.

I’m sorry for the delays, we’re pretty understaffed at the moment but currently looking to hire 2 more developers (the first one starts in May), this will speed up the development.

Unfortunately at the moment we don’t have resources to fix this outside of the roadmap queue, but we’ll schedule this for the next Paid Listings update for sure.
