Renewal of listings without payment options

Hi there,

I have 2 platforms with Hive Press paid listings.

Up until now, users could register for free on the second platform. For the past month, listings there have been subject to a fee. Now I’ve noticed that users whose listing has now expired can extend it for free because no payment page appears. I found the following entry. How can I solve the problem? Is there already a solution?

Hi,

Please make sure you have the latest version of Paid Listings. Also, check your package settings, you may have unlinked the correct product from it.

The problem was that the categories were not marked in the products.
