Restrict 'request' page to paid vendors and users only

I created a requests page, but i want it to ONLY be visible to logged in users (who are causal site visitors) and also to vendors/logged in who paid for a memebership? is this possible?

Unfortunately, there’s no such feature; it would require a custom implementation.
