Same size pictures

Hi is there anyway i can make the uploading pictures of same size as it looks very misyy some images are big and some are small.

Well there is no solution tho, as you said there if the image is smaller from 400/300 then wp will not resize it so can i do settings that all images should become smaller like maybe 200/100 as i just want them to look good doesn’t matter big or small size
