Solution for setting default Booking Slot Duration no longer working

I’m currently trying to set a default Booking Slot Duration; however, the solution provided here no longer seems to work: How can I set a default value for a listing attribute and hide it from listing creation

I have my settings set so the majority of booking features are on the vendor profile; however Booking Slot Duration is still connected to the listing, so I am not sure why the code you linked would not work.
