A while ago we had problems because when users wrote to each other we did not receive notifications, and we detected that it was because of the incompatibility of HivePress with WPML.
We found another plugin to translate pages, and now we find that the messages are notified in the user panel, but they are not registered even in the messages page of the WordPress panel, no notification arrives by email from the client.
We updated some third-party plugins, and messages are now being delivered between users.
Now we are wondering whether these messages should be recorded in WordPress, since they are currently not visible to the administrator.
We would like administrators to be able to see the conversations between users.
I have this option enabled, and although I see a message between users from August 20th, I just tested sending it from another user, and although it does appear in the sender’s profile, as an administrator user I don’t see it:
Please note that the monitored conversations are cached (for performance reasons), they will appear in any case, but there may be a delay. If you want to get a copy of every message to the admin email address immediately when the message is sent, please try this code snippet Option to read messages via WP Admin - #11 by andrii
