I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while attempting to utilize the time slot functionality in High Press.
As per our settings, the “Enable time slot” option has been activated. However, despite this configuration, whenever I attempt to enter a specific time, I receive an error message stating, “The results could not be loaded.” This unexpected behavior has hindered our ability to efficiently manage scheduling and has caused inconvenience in our operations.
We recognize the importance of this feature in streamlining our processes and ensuring timely appointments. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
